Network

The Scout Network is for the oldest members in the Group – those young adults aged 18 to 25. The Network meets on a Monday night in Clarkston and have a varied programme based around Scout Badgework and a number of other activities.

Each year the Scout Network run a summer camp, sometimes joining the rest of the 77th Group, other times going on an adventure week to places such as Bendrigg in the Lake District and Badaguish in Aviemore.

The Scout Network is run by Kerrie Downes, who is assisted by Ralph Keith. Kerrie has a team of young volunteers who act as carers and helpers on a Monday evening and at camps. Most members of the Network join from Explorers when they turn 18, however it is possible to join directly. Please get in touch with us to find out more.
