Explorer Unit
Explorer Scouts is the section in our Scout Group is for boys aged 14 to 18 (approximately). Explorers take part in a wide range of activities each week in addition to regular weekend camps and the annual Summer Camp.
Most of our Explorers join us directly from the Scout Troop, however you can join directly.
Recent activities have included conservation cooking, first aid incident evening, trading post game, day hikes at Loch Katrine and Aberfoyle and our very own Up Helly Aa festival!
The Explorer Unit is run by an Explorer Scout Leader (Michael Shanks) and Assistant Explorer Scout Leaders (Arnold, Gordon, Iain and Chris).
