Help at campWe rely on having a team of enthusiastic and hard working helpers who provide the 'physical push' and enthusiasm which is needed for the young people to get the most possible of what we offer. What do you need helpers for?All of the participants have a disability of some kind. This means that they need a little more help than we do to participate fully in the camp. A number of our boys have disabilities which mean they need to use a wheelchair. Helpers are needed to give the “physical push” necessary for the camp to work. What would I do at camp?We pair each helper with one of the participants. This means that for the week you will look after a particular boy and make sure he is enjoying himself as much as he can. Camp is quite hard work, but is extremely worth it! What do I get out of it?A lot of fun! The week at camp is hard work, but is also great fun.
