Each year all the Scouts, Explorers and Network Scouts go on a summer camp adventure. This is a week long camp held at a different location across Scotland, the UK and abroad each year.
These camps are the highlight of our year and allow the young people to stay away from home with their friends, experience new activities and also provides some much needed respite to parents and carers.
Our Summer Camps are not only open to members of our own group but also to young people from mainstream Scout Groups across Scotland who would otherwise not have the opportunity of attending a camp in tents.
We keep a Camp Log from each camp along with many photographs and videos. We’re gradually filling in the archive but there are still some gaps – if you know of any missing years or inaccurate information please let us know!

Our 2017 Summer Camp will be to Barrwood Scout Camp near Stirling in July.

In 2010 we held two summer camps – one at Crook of Devon near Kinross for Scouts and Explorers and another at Badaguish for Scout Network. Click here to read all about the Crook of Devon camp, and click here to see some photos on our Flickr page.
