Join us for our AGM and open night and find out all about our expedition to Belgium and all the other things we’ve been up to over the past year!
All parents/carers and extended families of young people and volunteers are invited to come along and join us. We would expect to see at least one person from the family of each young person – this is really the only time of the year we ask parents to come along.
The full details are below, but get in touch if you have any questions.
Date and time – Monday 19th November, from 7pm to 9pm (for Cubs 6.30pm start as usual and you can either stay until 9pm or leave at 8pm as usual).
Location – TouchBase, Sense Scotland’s centre in Kinning Park – Middlesex Street, G41 1EE. There is a map below.
Parking – there is free on-street parking in numerous streets around the venue.
Transport – if you use a bus to get to Scouts that will go to TouchBase directly. We cannot insist on the driver taking additional passengers – you must agree this with them directly the week before. If you don’t want to use the bus because you’re coming down yourself, please remember to let Viviana know so she can cancel the pick up – text or phone her on 07583293548.
Belgium log books – we have produced a book from our trip to Belgium which will be given out at the AGM. They are too big to post so we will only be issuing them to parents/carers who come along to the AGM. Consider it an incentive to come along and support the Group at this one important parents evening of the year!
